Every limited company is required to have an address where official correspondence, such as letters from Companies House, HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) or court documents can be sent.

We supply a self serve mailbox for you to collect any mail for £50 per year (accessible Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) or take advantage of our Scan and Send service where we will forward a scanned mail to an email address of your choice for just £10 per month.

As part of our verification process and to comply with Anti Money Laundering Regulations, a valid form of ONE of the following ID documents must be provided in colour:

  • Passport

  • Driving Licence

  • Proof of age cards with a PASS logo 

  • EU/National Identity card (unexpired)

  • HM Revenue and Customs Notice of Coding (current financial year) 

  • HMEC Self Assessment Statements 

  • Broadband/Home Telephone Bill - excluding mobile bill

  • Gas, Water and Electricity Bill

  • UK Television Licence (current year)

  • Council Tax Demand

  • Bank Statement (please include the page with your financial transactions
